If I send my payment today, how fast can Raphana Jewellery ship my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for production of the ring, and 2-4 business days for delivery. Tracking details will be provided by email upon shipment. Shipments can be tracked online.
Special Orders
While we endeavour to hold in stock all pieces featured on this website, this is not always possible. Should the item you require be unavailable, we will make every effort to source it from another store.
If this is not possible the item will be individually custom made for you by Special Order.
Special Orders for yellow and white gold take approximately 6-8 weeks for yellow and white gold items.
Special Orders for rose gold take 6-7 weeks for rose gold items.
A member of the online team will be in contact with you within 3 working days to confirm if a special order is required.
