Free Resizing Terms and Conditions:

- Raphana Jewellery offers one-time complimentary postage both ways for your free resize within 6 months of purchase.
- Once the shipping label is provided, the ring must be returned within 30 business days.
- Resizing more than 3 sizes +/- may incur an extra cost or require a setting replacement.
- Resizing by an unauthorized jeweler will void your lifetime warranty.

Rings That Cannot Be Resized:

- Certain rings cannot be resized due to their design and fabrication. This will be specified in the product description or advised during the custom design process. We recommend visiting our showroom to try on these designs first.

Non-Resizable Rings Include:
Full pavé bands
Open bands
Tungsten
Titanium
Pt600

Resizable Rings Include:
Pavé band (⅔ pavé and less): 2.5 sizes up or 2 sizes down
Triple pavé band: 1 size up or 1/2 size down
Plain band: 4 sizes up or down
Note: Sizes above are in AU/NZ sizing.

Exceptions to Resizing Rules:
•Basket Settings: Can only be resized ½ size less than the stated ranges due to the basket's structure.

•Cathedral Settings: Can only be resized ½ size less than the stated ranges due to the cathedral design's limitations in maintaining a round shape.

•Certain Custom Rings: Assessed individually to ensure structural integrity.

Men's Wedding Bands: One free size exchange, excluding titanium and custom designs.

Resizing Rings with Engraving:

Engravings are typically placed on the side to avoid removal during resizing. In rare cases, engravings may need to be redone at your own cost.
