All our rings, from lab-grown to natural diamonds, are made to order and ready within 40 business days. Need it sooner? Contact us! We also offer ready-to-ship options, including moissanite and lab-grown diamonds.

What type of warranty do I receive?
Raphana Jewellery offers a free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on all our products, including lab-grown diamond rings, providing you with peace of mind.
Do you ship worldwide?
Raphana Jewellery provides free international shipping on all orders, including diamond engagement rings. Shop online and add your favorite piece to your bag with ease.
Import Duties and Taxes
Most of our orders are sent as DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning import duties and taxes are covered. However, in some cases, local import taxes and duties may apply, which Raphana Jewellery does not cover, as some countries do not allow us to pay them as the sender. For more details, please check our Shipping page or contact your local customs agency.
Can I simply walk into the showroom?
Our showroom, showcasing lab-grown diamond rings and moissanite pieces, is open by appointment only. Explore our collection in person or online.
How do I find out my ring size?
Raphana Jewellery offers free ring sizers for our entire range. Measure your ring size comfortably at home for the perfect fit.
Can you help me keep my purchase a surprise?
Absolutely! We understand that many of our products are purchased as surprise gifts for events like engagements. We use subtle packaging that will not reveal the contents of the package. Let us know if we can assist you in any other way to keep your purchase a surprise!
What payment methods do you accept?
Raphana Jewellery accepts payments via direct debit, cash, or card. We also offer interest-free finance via Gem Visa or Better for extended payment plans up to 60 months.
Can I return a product?
At Raphana Jewellery, we value the craftsmanship and dedication that goes into making each unique piece of special occasion jewellery. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
The fit of my ring is not quite right, can I resize it?
Absolutely! All Raphana Jewellery rings come with one free resizing within the first six months of purchase.
Free resizing is available for up to 2 sizes up or down. It is not available for all rings; please confirm before purchase. Read more about resizing.
